Admin Upload
An Admin user can upload an Enrollee's photo several ways:
On the Enrollee's Page
On the Enrollrees Table
(NOTE: "Enrollee" may be called something else, like "Student" or "Children.")
On the Enrollee's Page
Follow these steps to upload a photo on the Enrollee's page.
Step 1 - Enrollee Page
Search for the Enrollee in the search bar, then click on their name to go to their page.
Step 2 - Upload Photo
Click on Enrollee's initials and upload the photo from your computer or phone
On the Enrollees Table
Admin users can also add the Photo column on the Enrollees Table. Follow these steps.
Step 1 - Photo Column
Go to the Enrollees Table and choose the "Photo" column under the "Enrollee" section (this may be called something else, such as "Students," or "Children").
Step 2 - Rearrange Columns
To reorder the columns, you have selected to display, switch to the Reorder tab and drag them up or down.
Then click Done to make your changes take effect.
Step 3 - Upload Photo
Click the pencil icon to upload the Photo.
Instructor Upload
Instructors can add a photo from within the Instructor App by following these steps:
Step 1 - Activities Page
Go to the Activities page.
Step 2 - Upload Photo
Click on the Info icon beside the Enrollee. Click on the Enrollee's initials and upload the photo from your computer or phone
Step 2b - Take a Photo/Upload (iPhone only)
If Instructors or Account Holders have an iPhone, they can take a photo of an Enrollee from the app or upload an image of their choosing:

Similarly, the Primary Account Holder can upload a photo by following these steps:
Step 1 - My Account Page
Go to My Accounts page.
Step 2 - Upload Photo
Click on the Enrollees name. Click on the Enrollee's initials and upload the photo from your computer or phone.
