Admin Upload
To upload an Enrollee's headshot (that shows up on the Enrollee timeline), follow these steps:
On the Enrollee Page
Go to your Enrollee's page (type in the name or search for them under Enrollees on the left).
Click on Enrollee's initials and upload the photo from your computer or phone
On the Enrollees Table
Admin can also add the Photo column to the Enrollees Table then upload the Photo there.
Instructor Upload
Instructors can add a photo from within the Instructor App by following these steps:
Activities Page
Go to the Activities page. Click on the Info icon beside the Enrollee. Click on the Enrollee's initials and upload the photo from your computer or phone
Take a Photo/Upload (iPhone only)
If Instructors or Account Holders have an iPhone, they can take a photo of an Enrollee from the app or upload an image of their choosing:

Similarly, the Primary Account Holder can upload a photo by following these steps:
My Account Page
Go to My Accounts page. Click on the Enrollees name. Click on the Enrollee's initials and upload the photo from your computer or phone.
