It is simple to set up your Enroll Form to make sure you can accept enrollments from other countries outside the United States. Follow these steps:
Go to My Company page > Forms > Enroll Form.
In the Enroll Form settings under Account Holder, make sure the Country field is selected (check "Visible") and required (check "Req'd"):
