An Account is typically identified by a name and a unique email address (and optionally an ID). Accounts are owned by a Primary Account Holder, who is ultimately responsible for payment. There are multiple ways to find an Account page in Enrollsy:
Enrollees Table
Invoices Table
Search Bar
We'll go over each of the above places in further detail.
Enrollees Table
One way to find a Customer's account page is to do the following:
Go to Enrollees in the left Menu (this may be called something different, such as "Students," etc.) and then click on either the Enrollee's or the Account Holder's name
Click the Account Holder, and you will be taken to the Billing page by default
Click the Enrollee's name, and you will be taken to their profile page
From either of those two pages, you can then click on Account in the upper tabs, which will take you to the Primary (& Secondary) Account Holder page.
Invoices Table
Another way to get to a Customer's account is to do the following:
Go to Invoices in the left Menu and then click on either the Enrollee's or the Account Holder's name
Click the Account Holder, and you will be taken to the Billing page by default
Click the Enrollee's name, and you will be taken to their profile page
From either of those two pages, you can then click on Account in the upper tabs, which will take you to the Primary (& Secondary) Account Holder page.
Search Bar
The last way to find an account is to search for an Account in the search bar at the top. Just type in any of the following information:
The email address of either the Primary or Secondary Account Holder
The first and/or last name of either Account Holder
The phone number of either Account Holder
The first and/or last name of the Enrollee
After clicking on the Customer, you will be taken to the Billing page. From here, you can then click on Account in the upper tabs, which will take you to the Primary (& Secondary) Account Holder page.
