Inactive Accounts are still searchable and accessible by Admins. Inactive Accounts will have a chair icon with a zero next to it, signifying no active Enrollments in the Account.
If the Account itself has been deactivated, you will also notice that it is greyed out.
You can also see all Inactive Accounts on the Enrollees page under Table, Activities, or Documents (on the side menu) by flipping the Inactive switch:
