Before you can log in, an Admin user must set up your Instructor profile and give you login access. Log in with the email address on your Instructor profile. If you're not sure which email that is, ask an Admin user to check it for you.
Ways to Access the Instructor Portal
You can log in to the Instructor Portal in any of these ways:
In the Enrollsy app. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, then select Instructor Login
In a browser at app.enrollsy.com/instructor or app.enrollsy.com/teacher. We recommend Chrome or Safari
On the Enrollsy website at enrollsy.com. Select Sign In > Instructors
Once you download the app, log in with the email address you used to enroll. If you don't know which email you used, please contact one of your Admin users to ensure the email address is correct and that they gave you log in access.
Log In for the First Time
The first time you log in, you'll set your password and then set up multifactor authentication (MFA).
Step 1 — Set Your Password
On the login screen, click Forgot password?
Enter the email address on your Instructor profile, then click Continue
Step 2 — Set Up Multifactor Authentication
Log in with your email address and new password. You'll be asked to set up MFA
Choose how you want to verify your identity. We recommend the Auth0 Guardian app
If you're using the Guardian app, click Continue, then scan the QR code with the Guardian app
If you'd rather use a different method, click Try another method and choose one of these:
Google Authenticator app (iOS or Android)
Text message (SMS)
Follow the prompts to finish logging in
Step 3 — Test Your MFA
Log out from the top right of Enrollsy, then log back in
On the Verify Your Identity screen, select Remember this device for 30 days so you only need to verify once a month
When the Guardian app sends a push notification to your phone, tap Allow and you'll be logged in automatically. Notifications for the Guardian app must be turned on
Trouble Logging In
On the Trouble signing in? screen, under Instructors, click Check your login to make sure you're using the right email address.
If you still can't log in, check the following.
Login Access and Email Address
Ask an Admin user to check your Instructor profile in the admin portal. They can confirm that you have login permission and that your email address is correct.

Password Reset Email
Password reset links expire after 2 hours. If yours has expired or never arrived:
Check your junk or spam folder
Send a new password reset email
Multifactor Authentication Reset
