Accessing & Troubleshooting your Enrollsy Subscription/Billing

Access your Customer Portal, view invoices, update payment info, and resolve sign-in issues

NOTE: If your company signed up with Enrollsy after 3/12/25, your account may not be within Enrollsy (and accessible to you). For questions about your subscription, billing, or account access, please contact us via chat or email support@enrollsy.com.

You have two different logins for Enrollsy:

Account Type

Purpose

URL

Admin User

You have an Enrollsy admin user account to log into to use the application

Enrollsy Customer

You have a Customer account to view your transaction history, pay your bill, and update your payment method

How to Sign In to your Customer (Billing) Account

Your company's Enrollsy Subscription Account is typically under the person who signed up for Enrollsy initially (unless it's been changed since sign-up). If you don't know whose email address your Enrollsy account is under, please contact us with the chat button and we can let you know. We can edit this email address to whoever the main Account Holder needs to be.

Follow these steps to log in to your Enrollsy Customer (or Billing) Account:

  1. Click Transaction History to see your statement and explanation of charges.

  2. On the Home page, you can view current, past, and future Invoices, as well as edit payment methods, and make payments.

  3. On the Content page, there are several policies related to PCI Compliance (if you offer credit card payments), as well as EnrollsyPay fees and videos related to Security. See this article for more information.

Resetting Your Password

How to Request a Reset

Click the Setup/Reset Password button at the bottom of the Account Sign-In page (https://app.enrollsy.com/sign-in/enrollsy).

What to Do if the Email Doesn't Arrive

If you clicked the Request Password button, if you did not receive the password reset email, follow these steps:

  • Go through the process one more time and recheck your email. You will often receive a password reset email, but not click on it soon enough (password reset emails expire in 2 hours for security reasons).

  • Look in your inbox/junk/spam folders.

  • Whitelist enrollsy.com by following these instructions, then try clicking the Setup/Reset Password again.

Remember: When a reset password email is generated, only the most recent email's link will work to reset the password. Generating many reset password emails in a row is not advised because doing so will invalidate previously generated emails.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Make sure you're using the email address that's registered on your account. This is the most common reason customers can't access the billing portal.

  • If you are an active Enrollsy customer, your account was created when you signed up. If this is your first time logging in, please click Request Password to set a password.

  • If you are having issues resetting your password and are sure you are using the same email address you signed up with, please check your spam/junk folder (and then add support@enrollsy.com to your email contacts list). Only the most recently generated reset password email will be valid.

  • If you don't know whose email address your Enrollsy account is under, please contact us with the chat button and we can let you know.
