Edit Class Information
To edit any Class information (Instructors, Class schedule, Class Capacity, Class description, or email reminder), follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Classes page. Select the Program on the left side, then the Class.
Click on the pencil icon beside the Class you need to edit.
A new window will come up where you can edit the following:
Class name
Image
The Instructor(s)
The Capacity
The Class Description
The Class Start and End Time (*NOTE: Only one time can be entered on a Class)
Class Dates
The Email Reminder
After making any changes, be sure to click Save!
Remove "List" from Class Details
Remove "List" from Class Details
If you see the word "list" on the Enroll Form, then it's probable that your Program(s) used to be a "multi-list" program (under the Enrollment Model). Currently, there is a glitch where the class selection lists are not being deleted when the enrollment model is changed to a different one. Follow these steps:
Go to the Programs and change the enrollment model back to Multi-list (temporarily)
Go to the Classes page and on EACH class, click on the pencil icon and deselect the class selection list
Go back to Programs and change the enrollment model back to whatever enrollment model you had it on
How to Edit Class Dates/Schedule
NOTE: Class dates set in the past will cause the Class to not appear on the Enroll Form or the Browse page.
If all the dates in a Class are in the past, a red badge that says "All dates are in the past" will show on the Class.
To edit your Class dates, navigate to the Classes page (this may be called something else if you've customized it, i.e., Sessions, Groups, etc.).
Click on the pencil icon in the upper-right corner to edit the Class. Scroll down to the heading "When Class Happens" Here, you can edit the start/end times and the days/dates the Class occurs.

This example is for a Class that occurs every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from December 6 to March 30:

How to Edit Class Dates on the Enrollment Confirmation Email
Class dates, times, and Instructors are listed on the Enrollment confirmation email. Here is an example of what a Class Reminder email looks like:
If you need to edit the Class dates on the Enrollment confirmation email, it's easy to do. Just follow these steps:
Head to the Classes page, and click on the pencil icon for the specific Class. Scroll down to the section "When does Class happen?"
Edit the times and/or dates. Click Save.
How to Change Class Capacity
Capacity is the maximum amount that Programs and Classes can contain. Your Programs and Classes can have a maximum Capacity. To change Class Capacity, go to the Classes Page and follow these steps:
Find the Program on the left side. Click the dropdown arrow beside the Class or select the Class name.
Click the pencil icon to open up the Class settings.
Edit the Capacity by adding or editing the number under "Capacity." Click Save to save any changes made.
NOTE: A Program's capacity is equal to the Class(es)'s total capacity. At this time, we do not have the ability to add a capacity to Programs themselves.
How to Re-Order Class Selection Lists
If you have your Program set up as a Multi-List View under Enrollment Period, like this:
Then you will also have "Class Selection Lists" like this (except your lists will be named something different, of course):
You can reorder the Class Selection List here by following these steps. The steps below will have to be done for EACH Program you need to change the Class Selection Lists for. This cannot be done in bulk.
On the Programs page, click the pencil icon beside the Program.
In the program editor, click on "Enrollment Model" on the left menu.
Scroll down to the "Class Selection Lists" block (see screenshot above). Click on "Add/Remove selection list." Click and hold the dots beside the Class Selection and drag the selection to move it to another order.
Click off to the side of the window to close it. Be sure to click "Save" to save the changes made.
How to Delete a Class
NOTE: No Enrollees can be in the Class to delete a Class. You will have to reassign or remove all Enrollments/Enrollees from a Class before being allowed to delete it.
If you need to delete a Class, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Classes Page
Head over to your Classes page (left menu).
Step 2 - Remove Enrollees
To remove Enrollees, click the select all checkbox and depending on the Program setup, you will choose one of the following:
Reassign Button
If the Program is in the Simple Enrollment Model, you will see the "Reassign" button. This button will reassign the Enrollee to another Class within the same Program or the Unassigned List.
Reassign/-Day Buttons
If the Program is in the Days per Week Enrollment Model, you will see both the "Reassign" button and the "-Day" button. The "Reassign" button will reassign the Enrollee to another Class within the same Program or the Unassigned List. The "-Day" button will remove the Enrollee from that particular day.
-Class Button
If the Program is in the Classes Enrollment Model, you will see the "-Class" button. This button will remove the Enrollee from that Class.
NOTE: If the Enrollee is NOT in another Class within that Program, they will be moved to the Unassigned List. If the Enrollee IS in another Class within that Program, the Enrollee will just be removed from that Class and NOT show on the Unassigned List (because they are still enrolled in one or more Classes in the same Program).
Step 3 - Delete Class
After removing Enrollees, click the pencil icon to open the Class editor.
Click "Delete Class." You will get a warning to make sure you want to delete it. Click the warning to delete the Class.
