You can sign in with your email address if you've downloaded the Enrollsy App from Google Play or the Apple App Store. If you are accessing your account from the browser, you need to be sure you are using the link from the company you are enrolled in.
Follow these steps to update or add a payment method (ACH/bank or debit/credit card).
Step 1 - Home/Payments Page
In the Customer App, head over to the Home page from the menu:
Step 2 - Edit
Underneath "Payment Methods," you will see if you have a bank account or debit/credit card on file. The last four digits of the account will show. To edit these, click the pencil icon to the right.
Step 3 - Delete Payment Method
If you need to replace the current payment method, you will need to delete the current payment method by clicking the trashcan icon beside that payment method.
Step 4 - Add New Payment Method
Add the new information by selecting "Set up new account" or "Set up new card."
ACH Payment (Electronic Check)
Click "Electronic Check (ACH)" and enter your name, bank routing number, and account number. Be sure to hit "Submit" to save the information.
Credit or Debit Card
Click "Credit/Debit Card" and enter your card number, name, expiration date, billing zip code, and CVV. Be sure to hit "Submit" to save the information.
