How Admin can create their Own Instructor and/or Customer Account

Learn how you can view Enrollsy from a Customer and/or Instructor point-of-view

There may be times when an Admin wants to see Enrollsy from the Customer's perspective or be able to function as an Instructor. It's easy to create your own Customer Account and Instructor Account.

Create a Customer Account for Admin Use

Create a Customer Account just as you would a regular Customer. Click here to learn how to create a Customer Account. Keep in mind these tips when creating your Account:

  • You CAN use the same email address you use as an Admin User.

  • Only include the required information (usually name, email address, and possibly phone number(s)).

  • Use your name or a made-up name as the Enrollee.

Now you can log in either from the Customer App (download the Enrollsy App in Google Play Store or Apple App Store) OR go to your My Company page and click on your company's Account Sign-In link. It will look similar to this:

Create Instructor Account for Admin Use

Create an Instructor Account just as you would for a regular Instructor. Learn how to create an Instructor Account here. Keep these tips in mind when creating your Account:

  • You CAN use the same email address you use as an Admin User (and/or Customer)

  • Give yourself Full Permissions in the Role

  • Be sure to check "Can access all Classes."

Log in to the Enrollsy App (available in Google Play Store or Apple App Store) OR go to app.enrollsy.com/instructor.
