An Admin user currently can not delete an Account in Enrollsy. When an Account is deleted, there is no trace of it left in Enrollsy (no account information, Enrollee information, or Enrollments).
To delete an unneeded Account, please contact us using the chat bubble in Enrollsy. Please provide the following information:
The email address of the Customer Account needs to be deleted.
Any other additional information relevant to the deletion request.
NOTE: Processing a deletion request takes between 1-2 business days.
