How to Set up the Admin Notification Center

Learn how to set up Admin-User specific notifications

IMPORTANT NOTE

The Notification Center is your OWN PERSONAL Notification Center. No other Admin User shares that particular Notification Center.

All the following notifications will be deleted after 60 days:

  • SMS Text Messages

  • Documents

All the following notifications will be deleted after 120 days:

  • Activities

  • Invoices

Step 1 - Notification Icon

To start, click on the bell icon in the upper-right corner:

A number in a red bubble will show how many UNREAD notifications you currently have. NOTE: These are YOUR notifications, not any other Admin user.

Step 2 - Notification Settings

If this is your first time setting up notifications, click "Check Notification Settings." If not, click the settings button on the right of "Notifications."

Step 3 - Select Notifications

A new window will open where you can do the following:

Email Digest

The period to be notified (every 30 minutes, 2 hours, or 6 hours).

Settings

Choose which notifications (notification in the Notification Center and/or email) you want to be sent to you from the following:

  • Activity

    Choose from the list of default and/or custom Activities under Enrollee Activities, Instructor Activities, and Class Activities.

  • Documents

    Choose completed and/or incomplete E-signature and/or Required Documents.

  • Invoicing

    You will be notified of all invoices made.

  • SMS (Text)

    You will be notified of all texts sent and received.

Click Save, and you're done! Now you can click on the Notifications you want to view.

What You Can View under Notifications

The following is the information you can view under each Notification category:

Activity

Under the Activity category, you can see the following information:

  • Activity Posted date and time

  • The name of the Enrollee the Activity was posted to

  • The name of the Activity

  • The Class the Activity was posted to

  • The person who posted the Activity

  • A button to view the Enrollee's Timeline (to view all Activities for that Enrollee)

  • A "Dismiss" button to dismiss the notification

Documents

Under the Documents category, you can view the following:

  • The type of Document (Required or E-sign)

  • The name of the Enrollee the Document is for

  • The name of the Document

  • Whether the Document is Incomplete or Complete (depending on which setting you marked)

  • For E-signature Documents, a "Send Reminder" button sends a reminder to sign the Document. NOTE: Only push this once per hour. Also, the Signer can only sign the MOST RECENT email sent

  • For Required Documents that require the Account Holder to upload a Document, there will be a "Download File" button

  • A "View" button that directs you to the Documents page where that Document

  • A "Dismiss" button to dismiss the notification

Invoicing

Under Invoicing, you will be able to view the following:

  • All Enrollsy-generated Invoices

  • The date the Invoice generated

  • "View Invoices" button to view all Invoices to that particular Account

  • A "Dismiss" button to dismiss the notification

SMS/Texting

Under SMS, you can view all received text messages, including the following:

  • The name of the Account Holder (or the number received from and "sender unknown" if the sender is not in the system)

  • The time of the text

  • A "Respond" button where you can respond right there

  • A "Dismiss" button to dismiss the notification
