For the Zapier integration to work, you must include the Zapier segments (or events) in the Program(s). Follow these steps.
Step 1 - Program Settings
Open up your Program in the Programs Tab in the My Company settings. Click on the pencil icon to edit the Program, OR select the Programs on the left (checkboxes) and click on the bulk pencil icon at the top.
Step 2 - Add Zapier Segments
Click on Advanced on the left and scroll down to Zapier Segments. Click on the blue plus sign to add a segment. Add a segment or event in the line shown by typing it in (see below for the available segments/events):
The following is a list of available segments/events:
New Activity Post - Triggers when an Activity of your choosing is posted to someone's Activity timeline.
New Lead - Triggers when 12 hours have passed since someone failed to complete the enrollment process and a Lead is created, or 15 minutes after a Lead is created manually by an Admin user.
New SMS Message - Triggers when a new SMS message reply is received.
Class End - Triggers when an Enrollment's Class has ended for the day.
Class Start - Triggers when an Enrollment's Class has started for the day.
New Enrollment - Triggers when a new Enrollment has been created through eh Enroll Form, manually by an Admin user, or optionally by an import.
When finished, click Save. Then head over to Zapier to begin adding your Zaps.
