How Instructors Manage Attendance in the Instructor Portal

Check In/Out Page

Instructors can check in/check out Enrollees on our dedicated Check-in/out page. Follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Check In/Out Page

Under the menu, click the "In/Out" page, which is the check-in/out page.

Step 2 - Select Class

On the Check-In/Out page, select the Class at the top.

Step 3 - Choose Enrollees

After selecting the Class, you’ll see a list of Enrollees available for check-in and/or check-out, depending on which of those Activities was last logged. Select the Enrollees by clicking the box beside their name. Then click "Check In" or "Check Out."

Present/Absent Activity

Step 1 - Activities Page

Under the menu, click the "Activities" page.

Step 2 - Select Class

Select the Class at the top.

Step 3 - Select Present/Absent Activity

Choose either the Present or Absent Activity. Enrollees do not have to be present or checked-in for you to log activities to their timelines. (NOTE: Your company list of Activities will look different).

Step 4 - Select Enrollees & Post Activity

Check the Enrollees you want to log an Activity for, or the "Select all" box at the top. Then click the button at the bottom (it will have the name of the Activity in it to post the Activity.
