We have changed our Holiday Calendar to a pick-dates format. It is also available in Programs (ONLY in Simple or Days per Week Enrollment Models).
Where to find the Holiday Calendar
You can find the Holiday Calendar in two places now:
Create Program Calendar
After selecting the pencil icon, scroll down to "When does this Program run?" under Enrollment Model. Click the plus button to add dates.
NOTE: You must choose either "Simple" or "Days per Week" under Enrollment Model to view the Holiday Calendar option in Programs.
Choose the "Weekly Schedule" option and enter the days the Program runs and the dates of the Program from the calendar.
After choosing the Program days and/or dates, the Holiday Calendar option will appear. Click on "+ Holiday Calendar" to open up the widget:
Add a name for the calendar, something like "20XX Holiday Calendar." Click next and pick the holiday dates in the calendar. After inputting the dates, click the box beside the new calendar to add it to the Program. The holidays will then be listed as:
*Be sure to click Save to save your edits!
Create Class Calendar
After selecting the pencil icon, scroll down and select the box "Set days/dates when this Class occurs." Click the plus button to add dates. Be sure to choose "Weekly schedule."
NOTE: Class Holiday Calendars can be added in ANY Enrollment Model.
Enter the days the Program runs and the dates of the Program from the calendar.
After choosing the Class days and/or dates, the Holiday Calendar option will appear. Click on "+ Holiday Calendar" to open up the widget:
Add a name for the calendar, something like "20XX Holiday Calendar." Click next and pick the holiday dates in the calendar. After inputting the dates, click the box beside the new calendar to add it to the Program. The holidays will then be listed as:
