If you are closed for holidays, you can add those holidays to a "Holiday Calendar" to let your customers know when you will be closed. You can also add a Holiday Calendar for use with our proration feature.
Where to find the Holiday Calendar
You can find the Holiday Calendar in two places:
Create Program Calendar
Step 1 - Edit Program
After selecting the pencil icon, scroll down to "When does this Program run?" under Enrollment Model. Click the plus button to add dates.
NOTE: You must choose either "Simple" or "Days per Week" under the Enrollment Model to view the Holiday Calendar option in Programs.
Step 2 - Weekly Schedule
Choose the "Weekly Schedule" option and enter the days the Program runs and the dates of the Program from the calendar.
Step 3 - Holiday Calendar Widget
After choosing the Program days and/or dates, the Holiday Calendar option will appear. Click on "+ Holiday Calendar" to open up the widget:
Step 4 - Input Name & Dates
Add a name for the calendar, something like "20XX Holiday Calendar." Click next and pick the holiday dates in the calendar. After inputting the dates, click the box beside the new calendar to add it to the Program. The holidays will then be listed as:
*Be sure to click Save to save your edits!
Create Class Calendar
Step 1 - Edit Class
After selecting the pencil icon, scroll down and select the box "Set days/dates when this Class occurs."
NOTE: Class Holiday Calendars can be added in ANY Enrollment Model.
Step 2 - Weekly Schedule
Be sure to choose "Weekly schedule." Enter the days the Program runs and the dates of the Program from the calendar.
Step 3 - Holiday Calendar Widget
After choosing the Class days and/or dates, the Holiday Calendar option will appear. Click on "+ Holiday Calendar" to open up the widget:
Step 4 - Input Name & Dates
