Troubleshooting authentication issues if you see an Error Message when signing in

Are you seeing this error message: "Invalid Token. Authentication Failed"?

Follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you are on the correct URL:

  2. Still doesn't work? Our authentication provider will not allow login if your "Internet Time" isn't synced correctly on your device. Please verify that these settings are set correctly:

    • On a WINDOWS Computer: Double-click the system clock and then click on the Internet Time tab

    • On a MAC Computer: Applications > System Preferences > Date & Time

    • On an IOS Mobile Device:

      • From your home screen, navigate to Settings.

      • Tap General.

      • Tap Date & Time.

      • Make sure that the option to Set Automatically is turned on.

    • On an ANDROID Mobile Device:

      • Tap Settings to open the Settings menu.

      • Tap Date & Time.

      • Make sure that the option to Set Automatically is turned on.

  3. Maybe your login email address is not what you expect it to be. Use the resources here to troubleshoot.
