How to Change an Enrollee Account to the Primary Account Holder

Is the Enrollee and Primary Account Holder the same person? Here's how Admins can make that change

Admin users can change an Enrollee Account to the Primary Account Holder with a checkbox on the Enrollee's page. This sets the name to match the Primary Account Holders. This checkbox replaces the gray text in the top right of the Enrollee page, indicating that they are the Primary Account Holder.

NOTE: Only one Enrollee Account can be the Primary Account Holder at a time.
