Within the Instructor Portal, Instructors can tap a phone icon to call either the Primary or Secondary Account Holder. Log in to the Instructor Portal then follow the steps below depending on the page.
Classes Page
On the Classes page on the Menu, find the Enrollee in the Class and click the down arrow on the far right. A contact info icon will appear. Select that icon and you will be presented with the following options:
Call the Primary Account Holder
Call the Secondary Account Holder (if there is one and a cell phone number has been entered)
Email the Primary Account Holder
Activities or Check In/Check Out Pages
On either the Activities page or the Check In/Check Out page, find the Enrollee under the proper Class. Click the phone icon to call the Primary Account Holder (or the Secondary Account Holder if there is one and a cell phone number has been entered).
