We love to hear feedback from our customers about Enrollsy! Most of our feature enhancements and new features come from user requests. Your feedback helps us to continue improving Enrollsy and build innovative software to transform your company.
For each issue or request, we look at the number of votes and the most recent votes (trending issues). These criteria dramatically impact what we prioritize.
The best way to send us feedback/feature requests is through the Feedback Button. You can add any feedback or feature requests to our system by clicking the Feedback option inside Enrollsy under your user icon (see below)or accessing it here.
If the feature request is already there, please vote on it or create one post PER feature request/feedback. When this feature is implemented, you will be notified!
Search or Filter First
Search - Use the search bar and enter a keyword that best reflects your issue or the feedback you need to leave. For example, use "sorting" if you have an issue or feedback on how class lists are sorted:
Filter - You can also click on the Filters button to further filter the feedback that is already listed to try to find one that fits your issue.
To Create a Post
To create a new post (ONLY do this if you have searched first. See the Tips below for how to do a search and filter), follow these steps:
Step 1 - Click on Feature Requests
The first step is to click on the "Feature Requests" button. NOTE: The Known Bugs category can ONLY be viewed; you cannot add any posts. If you need to
Step 2 - View Suggestions
When you create a post, suggested posts will appear on the right-hand side.
Please be sure your post is not already there before creating a new one! If you see one that is similar to yours, click on it. Here, you can add your vote by clicking on the arrow above the number and leaving a comment.
Step 3 - Create New Post
Choose the category, enter a title and details, and choose the affected pages in Enrollsy. If you want to create an account, you can also upload images.
Click "Create Post" to submit the new post.
Tips to Keep in Mind
Be specific in your feedback. Succinctly describe the issue or feature request, including the following details:
Where in Enrollsy it is located or should be located
The reason why your business needs this feature
Be patient. Our engineers are busy improving our product, so it may take a while to get back to you. We typically don't respond to feature requests. However, we DO record EVERY feature request and consider many of them when planning our improvements.
