It's easy to export all of your active Enrollment Periods simultaneously. The keyword here is "active." We'll show you how to export all Archived Enrollment Periods as well.
Export Active Enrollment Periods
Follow these steps to export active or current Enrollment Periods.
Step 1 - Enrollees Table
Head to the Enrollees Table page. In the top left corner, under the "Current" tab, choose "All Enrollment Periods."
Step 2 - Select Enrollments
Change the rows at the bottom to the highest number ("300") then check the box to "select all."
Step 3 - Export
Select the export button at the top (2nd icon from the left).
Choose whether you want just the current columns or all the data to be exported. The data will be exported into a CSV file that you can save to your computer.
Export Archived Enrollment Periods
Follow these steps to export inactive or archived Enrollment Periods.
Step 1 - Enrollees Table
Head to the Enrollees Table page. Under the Enrollment Periods, select the "Archived" tab.
You will have to export each archived Enrollment Period ONE AT A TIME. However, there is a workaround (see below).
Step 2 - Select Enrollments
Change the rows at the bottom to the highest number ("300") then check the box to "select all."
Step 3 - Export
Select the export button at the top (2nd icon from the left).
Choose whether you want just the current columns or all the data to be exported. The data will be exported into a CSV file that you can save to your computer.
Workaround to Exporting One-at-a-Time
One way around having to export archived Enrollment Periods one at a time is to temporarily unarchive the Enrollment Periods (by clicking the archived/unarchive button), export all Enrollment Periods (as shown above), and then archive them again.
