It's easy to export all of your active Enrollment Periods simultaneously. The keyword here is "active." We'll show you how to export all Archived Enrollment Periods as well.
Export Active Enrollment Periods
Head to the Enrollees Table page. In the top left corner, choose "All Enrollment Periods," like this:
Click the top box to "select all," and if you have more than 150 (which is the default number on the page), scroll to the bottom to select all enrollments:
Scroll back up to the top and click the export button:
Choose whether you want just the current columns or all the data to be exported. The data will be exported into a CSV file that you can save to your computer.
Export Archived Enrollment Periods
To export archived Enrollment Periods, choose the Archived tab under your Enrollment Periods.
You will have to export each Archived Enrollment Period ONE AT A TIME.
Click the top box to "select all," and if you have more than 150 (which is the default number on the page), scroll to the bottom to select all enrollments:
Scroll back up to the top and click the export button:
Choose whether you want just the current columns or all the data to be exported. The data will be exported into a CSV file that you can save to your computer.
Workaround: One way around having to export archived Enrollment Periods one at a time is to temporarily UNarchive the Enrollment Periods (by clicking the archived/unarchive button), export all Enrollment Periods (as shown above), and then archive them again.
