The Browse feature allows your Customers to "browse" through all of your Programs in any published Enrollment Period. This feature is an unlockable feature meaning Enrollsy has to unlock it for your company.
To see how many spaces are left in a Class, follow these steps:
Head to the Browse page
Filter on the left side to the Location, Enrollment Period, and Program Name
OR stop at the Enrollment Period to see all the Programs within it
Scroll to the Class. A number will show at the bottom left of the Class box if there are five spaces left or fewer. The number of spaces left (or capacity) will show in either green or red with a refresh icon.
If there are 2 - 5 spaces, the number will be green:
If there is only 1 space left, the number will be red with a yellow highlighted background:
If the Class is full, it will say "Full" in red with a red background:
To view the number of spaces in real-time, simply click the refresh icon beside the capacity to update it.
