You can easily add a custom message or title to any E-signature Document. Here's how.
Step 1 - Documents
Head over to My Company > Forms > Documents. Click the pencil icon beside the E-signature Document.
Step 2 - Design Tab
Click Design to open the design tool. Click "Open Design Tool." A message will pop up; click, "Got It." Then click the "Next" button. You should come to another page that looks like this:
Step 3 - Add Title/Message
Add a template title and/or message and click "Save Template." This message will become a template you can use for other E-signature Documents.
