Finding and Logging Activities
To locate Activities, start by logging into your account on the platform. From there, in the top navigation bar, select the "Activities" tab.
Once on the Activities page, you will be able to choose the Enrollee and then the Activity you wish to post.
Once you have entered all the necessary information, hit the blue Post button at the bottom to save your details.
Bulk Activities
Account Holders can post one Activity to multiple Enrollees in multiple Classes for multiple dates. If you have more than one child or dependent enrolled, you can now log the same Activity for all of them across all of their Classes and dates from a single screen.
The following are the steps on how to use the Bulk Activities button as a Customer:
Go to the Activities page.
Click the Bulk Activities button.
Choose the Activity to post.
Select the Enrollees you want to log the Activity for — you can choose more than one and the Classes the Activity should be applied to across the selected Enrollees.
Select the date(s) the Activity should cover.
The total number of Activities to be created is at the bottom of the screen. Click Create to log the Activity for every selected Enrollee across all chosen Classes and dates in a single action.
Viewing Activity Details
To view the log form for an Activity, click on the Activity title. The Activity will be listed in chronological order.
