These are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions we hear about Account Holders logging into the Enrollsy app.

How do I sign into Enrollsy?

An Account Holder must already have an enrollment in Enrollsy in order to log in to the system. There are two ways to access the Enrollsy portal:

  1. Download the Enrollsy app from one of the following:
    - Apple App Store
    - Google Play

  2. Contact the company you enrolled with for the custom enroll link (DO NOT go to Enrollsy's website to sign in.)

Account Holders will need to use the SAME email address used to enroll. If you don't remember the email address you used to enroll, please contact your school Admin.

How do I reset my password?

There are two ways for Account Holders to reset their password:

  1. Click the Setup/Reset Password button at the bottom of the Account Sign-In page.

  2. An Admin can send you a password reset link.

NOTE: When a reset password email is generated, only the most recent email's link will work to reset the password. Also, password reset emails expire in 2 hours for security reasons.

How do I troubleshoot resetting my password?

Make sure you have done the following:

  • Accessed the sign-in page via either a link on the company website or the Account Sign-In or Password Reset link

  • Verify that your login email address is the same email address in your Enrollsy account

  • Be sure to click on the password reset email within 2 hours (password reset emails expire in 2 hours for security reasons)

  • If you don't see the password reset email, search your inbox/junk/spam folders

  • Whitelist by following these instructions.

If none of the above steps work, contact an Admin user at the company you are enrolled with.

How do I contact support?

If you are a Customer of a company (a.k.a., you or your child is enrolled in a company that is one of our clients), please reach out to the company you are enrolled with and speak to one of their administrators first. If needed, that administrator can contact us via chat or email with your issue.

You can also visit our Support Center for customer-centric articles that can help you log in, reset your password, make payments, sign documents, and more. You can also send us a message on this page.
