An Accounts Receivable Aging Report, or A/R Aging Report, is an accounting document that gives you an overview of outstanding payments from Customers and how long they are past due. Here are the steps to creating this report.

Step 1 - Reports Page

Select the Reports tab on the left of your Admin portal. Next, select A/R Payments.

Step 2 - Select Date Range

Click the down arrow under "Timeframe" at the top to select the date range you would like the Report to reflect. You can choose between "3 months" and "12 months."

Here’s what you can view this Report:

  • Account Names (Primary and/or Secondary Account Holders)

  • Contact info - Click the contact info icon to call or email the Account Holder

  • Payments made in the last 3/12 months, depending on the timeframe chosen

  • Click on the down arrow beside the Payments to see more details

  • Total current balance (last column)

Here’s what you can do on this Report:

  • Send text messages to everyone on the Report by clicking the SMS bubble

  • Click the email icon to copy everyone’s email addresses

  • Export or print the report

  • Print Past Due Notices to those who have outstanding balances
