Customers may reach out to know which payments they have made, owe, or will owe in the future. Luckily, they can view all of this information from within their Customer Portal.
There are three kinds of Invoices - Paid, Current, or Future. All of which are clearly listed within the Home Page of the Customer Portal.
Within each of these lists, customers can see the following:
Due Date
Payment Plan Name
Amount
Status (Paid, Unpaid, or Partially Paid)
Invoice Balance
Enrollee Name
Enrollment Period
Associated Class
Auto-Pay Type, if any
