READ THIS BEFORE YOU DELETE ANYTHING!
DO NOT delete any E-signature Document until you have read this article. If you delete the E-signature Document template, all instances of that Document will no longer be viewable in Enrollsy.
Once you create an original E-signature Document(s), we know you may need to update them at some point. These are the options you have when needing to update an E-signature Document.
Create a New Document
You can create a completely new E-signature Document. Click here to learn how to create a new E-signature Document. Please note that if you do this option, you will have to drag and drop all fields into the document and map them.
Copy the Document
If you need to RETAIN the history of E-signature Documents, you can upload a copy of the same E-signature Document. Then rename the documents by the year or Enrollment Period.
We can assist with this process by copying and pasting the original fields onto the new document. However, you will need to map these fields. Please browse through this support article for assistance with our Design Editor and how to map fields.
Replace the Document
We are the only ones who can swap out an E-signature Document. There are some stipulations in going this route:
Your new PDF Document must be the same number of pages or more (not fewer) as your existing Document
The exact number of pages can be swapped out with fields intact
If there are more pages than the original, this will require us to either copy and paste fields or you will have to map some fields
This will replace your current Document
Instructions if you need this done:
Contact us via Support Chat in the Enrollsy app
Attach the new PDF Document in the chat, and tell us the name of the original E-signature Document
Let us know if the number of pages is the same or more (we cannot swap out new E-signature Documents with fewer pages than the original)
