How to Request a 1099 Form

Form 1099-Ks are provided each year by your merchant account provider. Each merchant provider (CardConnect or Till for credit cards, ACHQ for ACH, Stripe for international clients) should mail this form to the address they have on file for your company. You can learn more about 1099-K forms here.

If you have not received this form and need to request another one, follow the steps below.

  • Depending on your merchant provider, you can email them requesting this form.

    • EnrollsyPay (Till/Nuvei) - us-support@tillpayments.com

    • EnrollsyPay (ACHQ/Speedchex) - onboarding@achq.com

    • CardConnect/CardPointe - Log in to Cardpointe here. If you need to contact CardPointe support, go here.

    • Stripe - Log in to Stripe inside Enrollsy by clicking on your user icon in the top right, and in the menu, select "You're Launched!" Click the manage button on this card, then select the login button.
