To view enrollments in the customer portal, follow the steps below.
Step 1 - My Account Page
First, sign in to the Customer Portal using the link provided by the company you are enrolled with. In the top right corner, you'll see a menu. Click on the menu to access the My Account page.
Step 2 - Click Enrollee
You will see a tab with each Enrollee's name. On a mobile device, this will look like a dropdown menu where you can click the Enrollee whose enrollments you want to view.
Step 3 - View Enrollment(s)
The current enrollment will be listed under that Enrollee's name in order of newest to oldest. Any archived enrollments can be found under the "Archived" tab.
Any program form questions can be found under the enrollment they pertain to.
