How to Add Information to PDFs

Need additional information in a Report? Here's how to edit Report PDFs

The following are reports you can pull in Enrollsy and print as a PDF. The following steps show how you can use another PDF software to add additional information to the saved PDF.

Example PDF Reports:

  • Invoices Report

  • Invoice Summary

  • Transactions Report

  • Transaction Statement/Transaction Summary

  • Charge Items/Discount Items Report

  • Activities Report

  • Custom Report (Enrollees Table)

Use a PDF online editor (such as iLovePDF) to insert the image into the PDF. In iLovePDF, click "Edit PDF" and upload your Document. Then you can add a text box anywhere in the document and add any text you need.

Here we added the class names beside the corresponding fee on the Invoice Summary.
