  3. Select and navigate to your Entertainment-Only (EO) contest.

  4. Click "Commissioner Console" in the top navigation bar.

  5. You'll land on the Commissioner Console dashboard -- this is your hub for all member communication.

Option A: Send Members an Invite Link (Returning Members from a Previous Year)

Use this if you want to copy a link and send it yourself via text, personal email, or social media.

  1. From the Commissioner Console, locate the "Contest Members" section.

  2. Click "Invite Instructions."

  3. On the Invite Instructions page, look for your unique invite link.

  4. Copy the link and paste it into your preferred method of outreach.

  5. Share with your members and ask them to click the link to join your contest.

Option B: Email Members Directly Through the System

Use this if you want the platform to send an email on your behalf.

  1. From the Commissioner Console, locate the "Contest Members" section.

  2. Click "Email Members."

  3. Follow the prompts to compose and send your message to current or past members.

  4. Use the filter option to select "Active" members only, ensuring inactive members do not receive the email.

Option C: Copy Member Emails & Send from Your Own Email

Use this if you prefer to email members from your personal or work email account.

  1. From the Commissioner Console, locate the "Contest Members" section.

  2. Click "Email Members."

  3. On that page, look for the option to copy or export the list of member email addresses.

  4. Copy the email addresses and paste them into the BCC field of your personal email.

Need to Check Who's Already in Your Contest?

  1. From the Commissioner Console, click "Member Management" under Contest Members.

  2. This shows a full member listing and participation status for the current year.

  3. You can also manage member statuses here, such as marking members as inactive or deleting them from the roster.

Managing Entrant Statuses

Deleting an Entrant

To delete an entrant, navigate to the Commissioner Console and remove the entrant from your roster. This action is irreversible and should be used with caution.

Marking an Entrant as Inactive

To mark an entrant as inactive, update their status in the Commissioner Console. This allows you to retain their profile for future contests while excluding them from the current one.

Reactivating an Inactive Entrant

If you need to reactivate an inactive entrant, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Commissioner Console.

  2. Go to the Member Management section.

  3. Edit the member’s status to activate their account.

Quick Tips for Success

  • Invite early -- send invites as soon as your contest is set up so members have time to make their bracket picks before the deadline.

  • Use Option A (Invite Link) for the fastest, most flexible outreach.

  • Use Option B if you want a hands-off approach and prefer the system to handle delivery.

  • Use Option C if you want full control over your email message and formatting.

  • If a member says they didn't get an invite, grab the invite link from Invite Instructions and send it to them directly.

  • Regularly review and update member statuses to ensure accurate communication and participation.

  • Use the "Active" filter when sending emails to avoid contacting inactive members.
