The Information icon on your board provides quick access to helpful tools, links, and FAQs related to your grid. This is your go-to spot for managing squares, sharing your grid, and understanding how everything works.
Assigning Squares
You have two ways to assign squares:
Invite Members to Pick Their Own Squares - Send invites so members can join and select their own squares.
Manually Assign Squares - As a commissioner, you can assign squares yourself by simply clicking on any open square within the grid.
Public Link to Grid
You can share a public, read-only link to your grid.
Perfect for members who don't have an account
Allows others to view the grid without logging in
No editing or square selection is allowed via this link
Showing Grid Numbers
By default, grid numbers will automatically appear at the scheduled game time. If you'd like to reveal numbers earlier, go to Grid Settings and turn ON "Show axis numbers NOW and lock grid". This will display the numbers immediately and lock the grid.
FAQs
How are winning squares marked? Is it automatic? Winning squares are automatically identified based on the game results.
Once squares are picked and the grid is full, do the numbers change each week? No, once the grid is finalized and numbers are assigned, they remain the same.
How can I track payments on my Squares Grid? Payment tracking is managed separately by the commissioner (outside of the grid).
Do people need to join my contest to pick squares? Yes, members must join the contest to select their squares unless you assign them manually.
What happens if all of my squares aren't filled? Any unfilled squares will remain empty unless assigned by the commissioner.
