The Edit Contest Settings page in the Commissioner Console allows you to configure and manage your NHL Team Survivor contest. Settings are grouped into sections to help you control contest structure, pick behavior, and member access.

Pick Objective
Choose how participants make picks:
Pick one team to WIN each week
Pick one team to LOSE each week
Contest Starting Week
Select the week your contest begins
If picks have already been made, the starting week cannot be edited
Pick Reuse (Regular Season)
OFF (Recommended):
Teams can only be used once per entry
Participants must pick a different team each week
ON:
Teams can be reused throughout the contest
Automatic Picks
Controls what happens if a participant does not make a pick:
No automatic picks (results in elimination)
Automatically assign earliest unused home team
Automatically assign earliest unused away team
Important Notes
Pick reuse significantly impacts contest difficulty
Auto-pick settings determine how strict your contest is
Some settings may be locked after the contest starts
