Accidentally Deleted an Entry — How a Commissioner Can Restore Past Picks

If you accidentally deleted a member’s entire entry instead of updating a single tournament pick, the entry cannot be automatically restored. However, you can manually rebuild it using the pick history.

Step 1: Retrieve Pick History

  1. Go to Reports → Commissioner Pick Modifications

  2. Locate the member whose entry was deleted

  3. Find the record labeled “Entry Deleted”

  4. Click “View Pick History”

  5. Review and note all past tournament picks

Step 2: Rebuild the Entry

  1. Go to Commissioner Console → Member Pick Maintenance

  2. Select the member

  3. Manually re-enter picks for each past tournament using the pick history

Important Notes

  • Deleting an entry removes it from the entire contest, including all past picks

  • This process is required to recreate the entry as accurately as possible

  • This is different from editing a single pick — for future changes, use Edit Pick instead of deleting the entry

Summary

If an entry is deleted, it must be manually rebuilt:

Reports → Commissioner Pick Modifications → View Pick History → Re-enter picks via Member Pick Maintenance

This ensures the member’s season can be restored based on their original selections.
