Private (Self-Managed) contests use a direct invite link system for all members. If you had an entry code and password saved from before, that method is no longer supported — here's how joining and sharing now works.
For Members: How to Join a Contest
Your commissioner will send you a direct invite link — this is now the only way to join a Private (Self-Managed) contest
Click the link to log in or create an account, and you'll be added to the contest automatically
Entry codes and passwords are no longer used — if you have an old code, ask your commissioner for the current invite link instead
If the link doesn't work:
Ask your commissioner for a new invite link
Confirm the contest is still open
Confirm the entry deadline hasn't passed
For Commissioners: Where to Find Your Invite Link
Log in and navigate to your contest
Click the Commissioner Tab
Select Manage
Click Invite Manager
Your invite link will be displayed — copy it and share it with your members
Can't see the Commissioner Tab? It's only visible to the commissioner of the contest — make sure you're logged into the correct account, or reach out to support if it's still not showing.
Good to Know
Each invite link is contest-specific — it only works for the contest it was created for
Links can be reused — share the same link with as many members as you'd like, as many times as you need
The invite link takes members straight to the join page, where they log in or sign up and are added automatically — it's the fastest and most reliable way to get people in
