Where to find it
Go to your contest and click Commissioner in the top navigation bar.
Select Contest Vault from the sidebar.
Click the Transactions tab.
Select Payments (selected by default) to view all entry fee payments collected for the contest.
What you'll see
The Payments view is split into two toggles at the top:
Payments — shows the total count of payments received (e.g., 20)
Payouts — shows the total count of payouts sent (e.g., 5)
Below the toggle, the payments table lists each transaction with the following columns:
Entrant — the entrant's username
Name — the entrant's full name
Email — the entrant's email address
Amount — the amount paid; payments made outside the platform are labeled (Offline)
Date — the date and time the payment was made
Each row also includes a kebab menu (three-dot icon) for additional actions on that transaction.
Good to know
Offline payments (marked with the "(Offline)" tag) reflect payments a commissioner has manually confirmed, such as those reported and submitted through the Needs Attention section.
The table is sortable by date, letting you view transactions in chronological order.
