How to Submit Payment for an Entrant
If an entrant has reported a direct payment to the commissioner (outside of the platform), you can manually mark it as received.
Go to your contest and click Commissioner in the top navigation bar.
Select Contest Vault from the sidebar.
On the Dashboard tab, you can submit a payment in one of two ways:
If the entrant appears in the Needs Attention banner, click Submit payment directly from the alert.
Otherwise, find the entrant in the Entrants table, click the 3 dots menu next to their Owed amount, and select Submit payment.
You'll be redirected to a LeagueSafe page to complete the payment confirmation.
How to Send Payouts
Once entrants have paid and the contest has concluded (or payouts are otherwise ready), commissioners can distribute winnings directly from the Contest Vault.
On the Contest Vault Dashboard, click Send payouts above the Entrants table.
The table switches into payout mode, adding a Payout Amount column where you can enter the amount owed to each entrant based on their standing.
Review the entered amounts, then click Confirm to proceed (or Cancel to back out).
4. A Confirm payouts modal will appear, summarizing:
The total amount being sent
The number of entrants receiving a payout
A breakdown by entrant, including their standing and individual payout amount
5. Review the details, then click Send payouts to finalize the transaction.
Good to know
Payout amounts can be edited individually for each entrant before confirming.
The confirmation modal gives you one last chance to review amounts before funds are sent.
