Core Picksheet Settings
Setting | What It Does | Default | Notes |
Pick Days | Which days of the week can have games on the picksheet. | All days | Multi-select of Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed (at least one required). |
Team Use Limit | How many times a single team can be picked across an entry's lifetime. | Once | Options: Once, Twice, 3x, 4x, 5x, Unlimited. The classic Survivor constraint — if an entrant runs out of eligible teams, that's on them; savvy players plan ahead. |
Pick-Against Team Limit | Caps how many times an entry can pick against (select the opponent of) a specific team. | Unlimited | Options: Unlimited, 1–5. Applies to both Pick Winners and Pick Losers. Stops "everyone fades the worst team every week." |
Playoff Reset | When the contest reaches the postseason, team-use counts and pick history reset — every team can be picked again. | Off | Only relevant when the End Week extends into the postseason. |

Default: Off
Options: 3.0–21.0, in half-point steps.
Exclude Specific Teams
What it does: Block list of individual teams.
Default: None excluded.
Select Specific Games
What it does: Commissioner hand-picks the games each week instead of using conferences.
Default: Off
Summary: Pick Days, Team Use Limit, and Pick-Against Team Limit apply across all sport modes and shape the core strategy of the contest. The College Eligibility settings only matter for CFB or Combined contests — they control which slate of games shows up each week, from broad (all conferences) to narrow (commissioner hand-picking specific games).
Team Use Limit is the single most important setting to explain to commissioners and players alike, since it's the mechanic most likely to eliminate someone late in the season if they haven't planned their picks ahead of time.
