Beyond initial setup, commissioners have several tools for managing a contest while it's live:

Adjust a member's bank | Add or remove units from a member's bank directly — for corrections, prizes, or house rules. Every adjustment is recorded in the contest's ledger and visible to members, and can be reversed but never silently deleted. |
Manager pick | Place a pick on a member's behalf (if enabled). It follows all the normal rules and is labeled in the feed as Commissioner-placed. |
Void a pick | Cancel a pick and refund it. If it had already won, the payout is reversed first, then the stake refunded — netting back to exactly what was put in. Voiding a parlay voids all its legs together. |
Adjust the schedule window | Add future weeks/days to the contest, or remove ones that haven't started and have no picks on them. Weeks/days that already have picks can't be dropped. |
Finalize or cancel | End the contest. Cancelling refunds all open picks and closes every entry. Finalizing wraps up a contest whose games are done. |
