Yes. Commissioners can manually revive an eliminated entry in an NHL Survivor contest, but Manual Revival must be enabled in the contest settings.
Go to Contest Settings > Lives & Revivals and turn on Enable manual revival.
From there, you can configure:
Maximum revivals per entrant: Sets how many times you can manually revive each entrant. Setting this to 0 allows unlimited revivals.
Revival cutoff: Sets how many hours before the next slate's pick deadline a manual revival can be granted. Setting this to 0 removes the time restriction.
Last revival slate: Determines the final week in which you can manually revive an entry. Selecting No cutoff allows manual revivals through the end of the contest.
Be sure to select Save changes after configuring your revival settings.
Once Manual Revival is enabled, you can grant a life back to an individual entrant when needed.
