Resetting a device will permanently delete all configurations and settings, returning it to a factory default condition. It will be in a pristine digital state and ready to be Transferred. This process will also safely archive all the data for that device to your Files tab.

You may need to create an initial Thiamis configuration after a unit is reset or setting up a new unit.

*Note a Reset is non-reversible and can only be performed by the Owner organization or Leasee.
