A: Your data is archived indefinitely on our servers.
Q: How can I remove erroneous data points?
A: We can not remove or modify any data stored on our servers to ensure the integrity of the data. You can trust that the data collected reflects exactly what the instrument is reporting. You can freely download the data in a CSV file which you can clean up and prepare for analysis.
