Key Points
Must be logged in as a jock user type.
For the best results, jock photos should be uploaded at the exact dimensions recommended (e.g. 200x200).
Alternatively for "Program Manager" or higher-lever users, managing the jocks' profiles can be done under Tools > On-Air Tools > Personalities & Staff.
Accessing a Jock Account
Note: This option is only available for "Group Manager" or "Station Manager" users.
Step 1 - Click the Admin (switch) link at the top right
Step 2 - Select a jock in the "Access Personnel Account?" drop-down field
This will provide you access to the jock's account, in addition to the tools under the My Account tab to manage it.
To return to your main account, in the same drop-down field select the option "I do not wish to use a personnel account."
Add/Edit Your Jock Description
Step 1 - Add text in the jock description field
Commonly, the jock description contains a quick introduction or bio for the jock.
Step 2 (Optional) - Add links to the jock social media fields
If the jock has their own website or social media account(s), you can fill out the fields below the bio field with the links.
Step 3 - Save changes
Your changes will be saved. Visit your website at this point to verify that the changes have saved.
Change Your Jock Photo
Step 1 - Select "Choose File"
This will allow you to browse your computer for your image file.
Note: For best results, jock photos should be uploaded at the exact dimensions recommended (i.e. 200x200).
Step 2 - Save changes
Your changes will be saved. Visit your website at this point to verify that the changes have saved.
