This is a feature where you can add new gift certificates and edit current certificates in your inventory.

Adding a New Certificate

To add a new certificate, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click Gift Certificates and select Inventory, if you are not in this section yet.

  2. Enter the merchant name, or name of the business the certificate is for.

  3. Click the Add button. This will take you to another page for the new certificate.

  4. On the new page, fill out the information and add an image for the certificate.

  5. Click on the Save Changes button to save your details.

Note: If you need to leave the certificate as a "draft", keep the Certificate Enabled field at "No".

Viewing and Managing the Current Gift Certificates

From left to right, here are what displays for each certificate in the list:

  • Vendor - The name of the vendor, or the business selling the certificate.

  • Value - The value of the product or service the visitor is purchasing for.

  • Price - The price the visitor only needs to pay for the certificate.

  • Quantity - The quantity of certificates that are currently available.

  • Blue "Dollar Sign" Icon - Clicking this will allow you to place an order for a certificate through the back-end. Listed below shows what the icon opens to:

  • Teal "Printer" Icon - Clicking this will open a new browser tab to preview and print a certificate.

  • Yellow "Pencil" Icon - Clicking this will allow you to edit a certificate's information and image.

  • Red "Trash Bin" Icon - Clicking this will allow you to delete a certificate. Once deleted, there will be no way to get it back.

  • Blue "Arrows" Icon - While holding down the left-click on this icon, you can drag a certificate to a different position in the list.
