How to create an Enviz Pro Space

Note: During our Beta Trial phase, Enviz Pro spaces are free to create. This is for an extended trial period only and exclusive to users who have signed-up with our team for Beta access.

  1. Log into your Enviz portal account - portal.enviz.co

  2. Create a project

  3. Give the project a name and press "Next"

  4. Give the space a name and press "Continue", select "Enviz space pro"

  5. Select "place order" to create your space.

  6. That's it, your space listing has been created. If you have not got an .evpro file to publish read our quickstart guide to learn how to use 3ds Max to prepare your model for submission.

How to upload your evpro file to the Enviz platform

  1. Log into your Enviz portal account - portal.enviz.co

  2. Acces your project from the project list

  3. Access your existing Enviz Pro Space

  4. Upload your .evpro file

  5. Press "submit for conversion"

  6. Once submitted the status will move to 'In review' and then 'In progress'. Please contact support@enviz.co if this step does not occur.

After submitting your .evpro file, you will receive an email confirmation indicating that your file in now converting. You will receive a further confirmation email when your space is live on the Enviz platform.

At this stage you may wish to make further model changes or edit in app features such as the Sky sphere, dollhouse or teleport points. In app changes can be completed using our experience editor tool, located in the Enviz portal.

Conversion timeframes

On average, your Pro space should not take longer than 4 hours before its ready on the Enviz platform. If your space seems to be taking longer than average please reach out to support so we can investigate further for you.
