Can I Customize Email Content by Delivery/Shipping and Pick Up Orders

Absolutely!

First, you'll need to enable the "Other epicApps Integration" toggle (Applicable for stores with eLocal) by going to the Settings > General tab/section. Once done, you can edit the email content on the Emails To Customers page.
