You can choose to send emails immediately or schedule them by going to the Settings section and then to the Email/SMS Triggers tab.

To resend or edit your previously sent review requests, follow these simple steps:

1. Open the epicSnap App: Launch the app on your device.

2. Locate Your Review Requests: Navigate to the section where your review requests are listed.

3. Edit or Resend: Find the review request you want to modify. Click on the three vertical dots located in the Action column next to it.

4. Select Your Option: Choose whether you want to edit the request or resend it, and follow any additional prompts.

By following these steps, you can easily manage your review requests within the epicSnap app!

You can also delay sending Review Requests for Manually Added Orders inside the epicSnap web app. You just need to choose the order you wish to send a review request and then click the Send button/icon.
