Having logged in, you'll immediately be taken to the Entries List. This displays all entries currently created in your system.

  • Archived: Only shown if “Archived” is selected in filters. Hidden from the main view.

  • Content Type: Indicates the data type used during creation. See the Entry Creation Guide for more details.

Search and Filter

The Search and Filter tools are located on the left-hand side of the Entries screen.

You can search by Keyword or filter by Content Type, Content Owner, Publish Status and Workflow Status.

Clicking Switch to Advanced Search will open the Advanced Search window giving you additional search options and includes the ability to search for Archived Entries, or Entries moved to the Recycle Bin.

🤓 Tip: clicking the Views tab allows you to change how entries are displayed based on content type. The default view is Config, which shows all created entries.

  • Typically named after your company.

  • Most users will see only one project.
