Component types

Component Type

Description

Accordion

Used to create items like expanding dropdown sections (ideal for FAQs)

  • Add a title and detailed text content

  • These must include at least one added item, which require their own unique title and content.

Banner

There are two types of banners that can be created - Static or Job Search.

Banners are pre-designed as part of your system implementation. If additional banners are needed, please get in touch with the Support Team.

πŸ“Œ Note: These are limited to only one per component but you are able to layer them by creating an additional component.

Feature Card Grid

Use this component to highlight key information, with images, in a grid layout.

This component is ideal for values, benefits or company mission/statement sections.

πŸ“Œ Note: If you need to change the grid colour or add some customisations, please get in touch with the Support Team.

Function Card Grid

Use this component to display live job data, grouped by a specific category.

When adding this component you can select the data type to link it to - Position, Industry/Function, Location and Vacancy Type. Each selection must include the relevant Eploy ID, which can be found in the relevant drop down list within Eploy (Admin > Drop Down Lists).

πŸ€“ Tip: categories can also be linked to other pages within the CMS.

Latest Vacancies/Jobs

This component displays a complete list of all live Vacancies currently advertised.

ID filters can be used to restrict the Vacancies displayed to specific categories (e.g. Function) and a control is included to limit the number of Vacancies displayed.

This component has four display types:

  1. List: a simple, scrollable list

  2. Grid: Vacancies are displayed in a 3x3 grid

  3. Slider: a carousel displaying three jobs at a time

  4. List Full: a full list of Vacancies displayed vertically

Highlight

This component can be used to emphasise key page content (e.g. a mission statement or initiative).

An Image can be displayed on the left or right and can be used to link to another page.

A Call to Action button (CTA) is also available, but you'll need an existing entry within the CMS to link it to.

Testimonial

This component allows you to display Testimonials, which are a specific entry type and must be created before they can be added to this component.

Single or multiple testimonials can be added. When multiple testimonials are displayed, they will appear as a slider (see above).

To learn how to create a Testimonial entry, please see the Create an Entry article.

Vacancy Map

This is an interactive component, displaying the location of live vacancies on a map.

Vacancies can be filtered by Position, Industry or Function ID (obtained from within Eploy).

An additional Candidate Filter option can be added, if required.

Vacancy Search Banner

Similar to the Vacancy Map component, this component displays live Vacancies on an interactive map.

This component also includes an optional Search Radius and Dropdown filters.

Video Embed

This component allows you to embed a Video on your webpage.

Title and Text are optional, but a Video Entry must be created first to use within this component. The entry is linked to the component via the Data: Video Embed field.

To learn how to create a video entry, please see the Create an Entry article.
