Eploy Dashboards are a gateway into your data and your database. Made up of widgets and powered by metrics, you can configure charts, graphs and snapstats to show you any information from within your database and help you navigate through the system.
Dashboards are made up of pre-configured metrics and widgets to help you get started, but you can create, build and share as many new dashboards as you need to help you run and report on your recruitment activity.
Dashboard Types
The types of dashboards available in your system relate to the User type that will be accessing them. Consequently, there are three main types of Dashboards: Standard User, Hiring Manager and Employee Dashboards.
Standard User Dashboards
As a user of the Core System, you'll access Standard User Dashboards - these are the dashboards accessible via the Dashboards button in the menu bar.
These Dashboards can be personal to you, or can be shared with other Core System Users, ensuring greater consistency in terms of workload visibility and reporting.
Any Core System User can create and share a Dashboard with other users, so long as their User Role has the appropriate permissions.
System Dashboards
System Dashboards are a legacy feature available within Eploy, but still available in all systems.
System Dashboards give you the facility to create a series of Dashboards and have them automatically copy to any new Core System User the first time they login to the system.
Historically, this was a great way of ensuring that your team all had access to the same Dashboards from day 1, but you can now achieve the same result using the enhanced sharing controls within the main dashboard interface.
Hiring Manager Dashboards
Hiring Manager Dashboards are the dashboards visible within the Hiring Manager Portal and allow you to customise how your Hiring Manager community access and interact with the recruitment process. This can be effective for helping your Hiring Managers to navigate and keep track of their recruitment activity, but also to report on any activity for their area, region or department.
Hiring Manager Dashboards have similar sharing controls to Standard User Dashboards, meaning they can be shared with all Hiring Managers, specific groups of Hiring Managers or even individual Hiring Managers, if needed.
Employee Dashboards
Employee Dashboards are displayed within the Employee Portal and are an ideal mechanism to provide Employees with updates on their referral activity. They're also a great way of introducing gamification to your referrals scheme through the use of Leader Boards to identify Teams and Individuals with the most successful referrals.
