To view Submitted and Incomplete Applications within the Candidate Portal open the menu, expand the Applications section and select My Applications or Incomplete Applications.
Application Form Download
To download your completed Application Form, from the My Applications screen, locate the application View.
Your completed application form will open in a new tab, allowing you to download and print it.
Withdraw an Application
To withdraw an application, access the My Applications screen.
Locate the Application you wish to withdraw and click Withdraw.
If the Withdraw option isn't visible, you are unable to withdraw your application at this stage and should contact a member of the Recruitment Team.
Progress an Incomplete Application
Applications don't have to be submitted in one go. Candidates are free to begin their application and complete it at a later stage.
Whenever a candidate accesses the Candidate Portal, if they have an incomplete Application, a reminded pop up will display.
To progress the Application, click Continue with your application.
Additionally, a Things to do widget will display - click Continue to progress the Application.
Incomplete Applications can also be progressed from the Incomplete Applications screen. From the menu click Applications > Incomplete Applications. Locate the Application to complete and click Apply.
π Note a Candidate can only submit an application while the Vacancy is still advertised. If the Vacancy is no longer advertised or has been closed, the Incomplete Application will not be displayed to the Candidate.
